First time customer. Great location, facilities and service for my children but the check-in and out process left a lot to be desired. I suggest converting to an electronic or online check-in process so clients can fill in forms ahead of time and not waste too much time before the appointment. The check-out took 4 staff to figure it out and about 15-20 minutes for a simple service with a credit card payment. It made a great experience a somewhat annoying one. I may consider coming back for myself but hopefully some efficient changes can be made.

I recently sought treatment at Premier Dental Clinic for a tooth that had undergone a root canal nearly 30 years ago and had become infected. Upon reviewing the films, Dr. Quan (who I believe goes by the English name Wilson) identified an untreated canal as the source of the problem. He presented me with two options: extraction followed by an implant or re-root canal therapy. Although I initially leaned towards the implant option, Dr. Quan persuaded me to opt for the re-root canal therapy. He recommended the latter despite it being more time-consuming and labor-intensive, and not necessarily more financially beneficial for him. I truly appreciated his dedication to preserving my natural tooth and his patient-centered approach. The treatment spanned approximately six months and was ultimately successful. However, during this period, I developed a temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorder. Dr. Quan promptly referred me to Dr. Trang, another specialist at the same clinic, who provided excellent care and effective treatment for this condition. I also want to extend my appreciation to the admin and reception team, who consistently followed up on my status after each appointment and ensured I always received a convenient appointment slot upon request. Their attentiveness added greatly to my positive experience. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the care and professionalism I received at Premier Dental Clinic. I deeply appreciate the good hearts of both Dr. Quan and Dr. Trang. While the services are a little pricey, I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need of high-quality dental care.

I am so happy i have found Premier Dental more than a year ago. I have been visiting Dr.Wilson for teeth cleanings, fillings and recently even crowns. What I really appreciate about Dr Wilson is the step-by-step explanation of what needs to be done and what is being done during our appointments. It is very reassuring and it develops trust in me as a patient. Dr. Wilson s approach is to make the treatment as less invasive for the patient as possible and offer a solution aiming at preserving the natural teeth in good standing as long as possible . Dr. Wilson is both professional as a specialist and caring and sympathetic as a human - these characteristics combined make him the best dentist in my experience. Admin team are also professional, caring and enthusiastic, they really know how to care for the patient. Reception team are proactive with reschedulings. The follow - ups from the customer care representative Ms Phoebe are a perfect final touch to the whole experience. Also the little moment that I have exclusively experienced in my dental appointments in Premier Dental only and nowhere else - is that when the anesthesia is administered, the assistant of the doctor holds my shoulder, it feels so empathetic and cute and caring of them 🥹🥹🥹 They try to make it as less painful as possible and would always add more anaesthesia if u still experience even a little bit of pain and previous dose turned out to not be enough personally for you . Premiere dental was recommended to me by an American acquaintance of mine and I keep recommending them to all my expat friends too ! Best dentist I have ever been to. Dr Wilson gave me a teeth clean, filled a cavity, removed an old crown, made and fitted a new crown for me. All at very short notice in 3 sessions over 24 hours after I left it to the last minute to come in for a check up the day before my flight left. All for 11,300,000d ($444USD). The whole staff are friendly and professional. They speak excellent English. They took a lot of care to make me feel comfortable and do as perfect a job as possible. I was so happy, that I came back to give them flowers.

I started with the cleaning and usually I bleed a lot, but he was so gentle I didn't bleed at all. I previously left a review for the District 1 office of Premier Dental. I would like to also leave a review for this office as I was just seen here by Dr. Albert yesterday for some extensive work that needed to be done to my mouth. I visited Premier Dental this past Monday to try to fix a problem with food being trapped in my upper left jaw. There was a crown and bridge that were not making good contact and this was turning into a very uncomfortable food trap. I was in need of implants on my lower right side and so I had been eating extensively, for the past few months on my left side, so the trapping of food became quite annoying. I was assisted by Kate (she's awesome) and brought to Dr. Kimberly. I explained the situation to her and she then requested x-rays so we could see a better picture of the issue. Dr. Kimberly noticed that it was not the crown that was causing me the problem, it was the bridge. She suggested that my solution was not the best, that I should replace both the crown AND the bridge to make much better contact, and this way the work could be warrantied fully for two years, with the 3rd year at 50% off. Knowing I was just about to start the implant process in Thailand, but knew crowns were about half the price as there, I was trying to just get by with the crown, but after a clear explanation of my problem, and observing the x-rays with Dr. Kimberly I chose her solution of both a new crown and bridge, and I'm extremely glad I did. She did an excellent job, and even rushed the order so that she could install them the next afternoon! I mentioned I was going back to Thailand in two weeks to get implants done and it was suggested to me, why don't I go ahead and get a CT scan of my mouth so I could get a second opinion from Dr. Albert, whom I knew was a reknowned periodontist, oral surgeon, and implant specialist from my research on implants. The ONLY reason I was choosing Thailand over Vietnam and Dr. Albert was because I stay long-term in Thailand and was just doing a 30 day visa run here to Saigon/HCMC. After consulting with Dr. Albert, I knew this was the surgeon I wanted to perform my surgery! Not only would it cost me substantially less (over $2,000 less), I was so comfortable with his confidence and attitude that we scheduled the work, and he was able to take me in and do the surgery the next day after re-shuffling my schedule. In addition to the two implants I was expecting to have done in Thailand, the CT scan showed I had a periodontal abscess underneath a bridge I had on my right upper side of my mouth. Dr. Albert was amazing, the surgery went smoothly, and I have felt no pain after getting three implants and a tooth extraction during the same sitting. I did ask for a sedation which I was happy to pay additional for, and the anesthesiologist did a great job keeping me relaxed through the 90+ minute surgery. I can't say enough good things about this clinic, the front desk staff at both sites, the supporting staff, and Kate is awesome as a liason for the dentists and their patients. Top notch, the best dental office I have ever had work done. If I need any type of majory dental work done, I'm flying to Vietnam to get it done here! I want to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart, and especially Dr. Kimberly and Dr. Albert. You are all truly the best!

Definitely avoid for larger dental work. I had a really bad, lengthy and traumatic experience with Dr Andy which involved weekly visits for almost 3 months, constant antibiotics that left me with other health issues and a lot of stress too. The head dentist even apologised for the malpractice that happened (at one point a crown was permanently fixed to my tooth even though the root canal clearly hadn’t fixed the issue - the crown had to be sawed off). Thankfully I got better treatment elsewhere. I’m sure the other dentists are great, but I would not see Dr Andy again

I highly recommend premier dental Thảo Điền for your dental needs. I am from the United States but have moved to HCMC, Vietnam to teach. I had some dental emergencies here and was recommended premier dental for care. In my case, compared to my home, they are much more professional in their work and skill, they speak English and Vietnamese perfectly, and were able to discover issues from poor work I had previously done in order to repair it and create an affordable treatment plan. The dentist was gentle, concise, friendly and professional and all the staff were patient and wonderful. My last appointment was on women's day March 2024, and they gave me a card and flower as well as charged my phone during the appointment due to a low battery. I only have positive things to say about them. Of course the cost is much less than the United States but I feel the level of skill and professionalism is much higher. 5 stars ⭐️!

Ich bin mit dem Service hier überaus zufrieden. Die Doktoren sowie die Assistentin sind mit Abstand die besten die ich jemals erlebt habe. Es wird sich darum gesorgt ob es einen nach der Behandlung gut geht das kenne ich nur aus Deutschland so. Ich war zur Behandlung in District 1 und Thao Dien beide male eine großartig Erfahrung. Ich kann besonders Dr. Wilson in Thao Dien empfehlen er macht eine sehr gute Arbeit.

I don't share the positive experiences of others at this place, and I know of others who don't either. If you go here avoid Dr. Andy - clumsy, rough, clearly out of his depth (I had a crown) and determined to blame the customer for anything that goes wrong (I had too much saliva and was breathing, according to Dr. Andy). Crown fell out 5 months later. Will never go back!
