Australian Dental Clinic in DaNang has been a great dental experience for me. The dentists and technicians are very professional, knowledgeable and polite and provided me with excellent consultation in helping me decide which type of procedures to have completed. The clinic opened recently and all the equipment, dental chairs and x-ray machine are state of the art. The receptionists are very nice and helpful as well and provide helpful scheduling information. I look forward to having future dental work completed with the great professional staff at Australian Dental Clinic DaNang!

Friendly, relaxed and professional experience at the Australian Dental Clinic, we requested a time in the morning an could come in already at 11am the same day. The staff was very accomodating and the price for a regular checkup and cleaning was super affordable. Last but not least, I had a photo of the beautiful Sydney Opera House in front of me 🤩

We contacted them at around 9am on a Thursday and ending up getting an appointment at 11am that same day. The custmer service experience throughout was awesome. Overall, a great process that all took only 40 minutes at the actual location. We first sent a message through Whatsapp to see their available schedule which it took only 1 minute for them to reply to and all we had to do was write down our details at the reception area and they sent us up immediately, got checked, got time to ask the Dentists questions, sent back down, paid, and that was all it. I just got a check up and that was free but my dad got a check up (which was also free), a fill in, and a clean up which in total was VND 400,000 (USD$15.60) which I found to be a great price. When you arrive you’ll have to go up stairs to the second floor, then the receptionist will bring you up to the 4th floor (or wherever you need to go). When we arrived there was no one so we immediately got seated and got our teeth checked. They’ve got quite a few staff there already (3 males and 2 females at the time) and they were all super friendly, answered all questions I asked in detail, and they all spoke different levels of English but communication was still clear.

I chose this dentist because of the google reviews. I had gone to get my teeth done in Thailand last year, but I didn't like any of the dentists. When I met Thai dentists, they felt like bad people and when I checked their google reviews, most of the reviews are fake. This one had good and legitimate reviews. I got veneers and crowns, teeth cleaning and teeth whitening. Usually when I get my teeth done, I feel fatigued from the injections which I find painful. These injections didn't hurt or make me feel tired after and the cleaning didn't hurt either because they used warm water. There was high attention paid to the detail of designing my teeth and they fixed my bite which my dentist at home couldn't do. The clinic was modern, comfortable and clean. I felt comfortable and valued as a person at this dentist. In New Zealand, everyone feels afraid of foreign dentists. I have a good dentist in NZ, and this dentist was at a better quality and more skilled than what NZ could offer. I think NZ dentists can learn from this clinic.

I would give this place 6 stars 🤩 if it were possible. I was very anxious and nervous, but the entire team was very accommodating and patient with me. I can't recommend them enough. They played calming music and the dental nurse was very attentive to my emotions. The amazing admin superstar on whatsapp made the process much smoother and less stressful for me to enquire and book. Any questions I had, they did their best to answer. I appreciate that they were upfront with their costs and asked me before proceeding so there was no misunderstandings/miscommunication and suprise fees. I have a fear of needles so they attempted to proceed without any before informing me that it would be less painful for me if I got them. They numbed me first before proceeding with the injections, and checked in on my well-being because they could see how anxious I was. And Voila - it made my life so much easier!!! This time around I got a deep clean and a filling for an exposed upper tooth - I should also add it was very affordable for a low income earner. Thank you so much to this amazing team. I have already recommended them to my friends and family. I shall be returning with my sister for round two next year - for a bigger procedure (wisdom tooth extraction that's currently sitting in my nerve line). I was so nervous I forgot to take before photos, and was so impressed I forgot to take after photos. My sister said my teeth looked whiter and I told her nope, they're just clean! She was certainly impressed.

Made an appointment to have a tooth looked over, contacted over Facebook messenger with no problems. X-rays and consult were free of charge. The dentist was thorough and gave me option to change my brushing technique and use a different toothpaste and to see if it helps the sensitivity. I opted for a cleaning while I was there. Very quick and precise and efficient. Excellent experience. Better than most dentists I’ve seen in Canada! 🤔

Amazing work. Made an appt while in the US after researching the practice. They have 5 locations in Central and northern VN. They prepared a 100% Zirconium bridge for me in 2 visits. Total of 3 hours in the practice, Monday-Wednesday same week. I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with them. I am 63 and this was the best dental experience I've had in 6 decades. Not exaggerating. By the way it was 1/4 of our out of pocket expenses after Delta Dental insurance in the US.

Don't go here especially if you are a foreigner. Both me and my wife went here for cleaning and dental work. For myself I did a cleaning. I noticed that it didn't feel right since I made a filling in my country and the dentist was taking it away! Yes back in my country they said they took away part of my filling. So i had to fix it again. My wife same problem the filling they did not do properly. She had a lot of ache and pain. So there was a lot of cavity under the filling. And she was there 3 times trying to get it straight. And another think is when my daughter did a check up the dentist just said by looking at her she needs braces. Come on a good inspection is needed for that. There is a woman a head dentist or something that is good but the others are really bad. Go at your own risk

Service is good and the staff friendly, but please don't order a crunch splint there. I went there to get one. The first one did not fit and they wanted to talk me into „making it fit" with additional acrylic and stuff. Don't do this! A crunch splint has to fit! I wanted a new one and this also did not fit. Don't know, what their lab is doing, but it is not good. After that experience, I would not do any important dental treatments there, or anywhere in Da Nang. Also because I see, that in every clinic, there are a lot of bad reviews. Teeth are important, don't go cheap here. Also they tried to sell me a crown, after I said, that I don't want one and – more important – it is not necessary at this point. They gave me my money back, that I had already paid for the crunch splint, so that was good.

Wow!! Am I glad I found this place. I just went there for a general cleaning and my girlfriend was fitted for a cleaning and missing tooth denture (don’t tell her I posted about that ?!), but seriously, this office blew my expectations away. The office is pristine with top-of-the-line equipment. Excellent service and well attended even for such a minor act of teeth cleaning for a very reasonable rate. We were highly impressed with the whole experience and will definitely be back for any and all of our dentistry needs while living in Danang.

They solved my problem quickly and with high professionalism, also the great service! Upd: The filling was put poorly, caries was left under the filling, which led to pulpitis and strong pain Upd#2: I finally got to my dentist, who started treatment and took a second X-ray, not even pulpitis in the tooth, but chronic periodontitis, changes in the tooth root are visible on the X-ray. The filling installed in the clinic was a waste of money and time, the doctor had to notice the problem and start removing the nerve immediately and make a treatment according to the chronic periodontitis. Diagnostics at the zero level.

All necessary details and approach handled in a polite manner. Very well speaking English with full understanding of requirements. You won’t regret visiting them for dental issues.
