I had a great experience at City Dental Hanoi! I had one of my canines unexpectedly break on me just days after arriving in Hanoi for vacation - Dr. Hoan clearly communicated what would need to be done, had 3D scans and X-rays done to treat the problem with great precision and after just a few visits I once again have a functioning canine that matches perfectly with the colour of my existing teeth seamlessly with my smile. I definitely recommend this dental clinic and would visit again if/when needed.

The best dental care experience i ever had! As I was looking for a dental clinic in Nha Trang, I chose this place because of many positive reviews on google. And I must say, that now, after visiting Opal Dental Clinic ,I understand why. Staff at the reception was very welcoming and friendly. I was surprised, that they were able to start the treatment at the very same day and as my time in Nha Trang was limited.It was important for me, to get things done quickly. After meeting Dr. Thuy, my uneasiness dissolved pretty fast. Her gentle touch, professional demeanor, warm personality and the overall positive atmosphere made me feel as comfortable as I can be in this situation. She explains procedures in simple, understandable terms, ensuring I fully grasp what's needed and why. She patiently answers all questions and never makes you feel rushed. Her approach made what could have been an anxiety-inducing experience into something that felt even enjoyable! Had my old crown changed for a new one, couple of fillings, and deep cleaning as well, for a cost, that would be several times higher in my home country. Wish I had more time to get more things done, so probably will be going back next year. Dr. Thuy, and the rest of the crew at Opal Dental Clinic has transformed my dental visits from something to dread into an experience I look forward to! Overall, I am very very satisfied!

First time customer. Great location, facilities and service for my children but the check-in and out process left a lot to be desired. I suggest converting to an electronic or online check-in process so clients can fill in forms ahead of time and not waste too much time before the appointment. The check-out took 4 staff to figure it out and about 15-20 minutes for a simple service with a credit card payment. It made a great experience a somewhat annoying one. I may consider coming back for myself but hopefully some efficient changes can be made.
