Can not say enough good things about them. I am a US citizen who researched and visited many clinics in Vietnam and Thailand. I chose East Rose and glad I did. After extensive dental (pretty much whole mouth) I am extremely pleased with the results. They were not the cheapest quotes I got but they made me feel the most comfortable and I still saved approximately 70% over having the work done in the US. My experience was incredible with East Rose dental in vietnam. From the beginning the whole experience has been amazing. The communication, and respect of the staff is unbelievable. The value for money, and the quality of work has impressed me 110% I saw Dr D hat who was so supportive. He did more than I expected for the quote given. Tracey, Moon and all of the receptionists and nurses were kind, lovely and always helpful. Treatment was painless, I had crowns and veneers on front teeth and love them. I also had root canal which was handled very professionally. Treatment 100 times better than what I have received in Australia.

The best dental experience we have ever experienced. Great service, friendly speaking staff, professional and experts in the field of dentistry, beautiful accommodations and a wonderful transportation services (Frank, our driver is a wonderful driver). Price was extremely low so we were skeptical but to our surprise, our dental experience far exceeded any dentistry in the US. With the price of accommodations and flights, the dental implants and bridge work costs was lower than in US with far better service. I highly recommend Rose Dental.

It started on vacation a conversation with friends having Dental work. With my issues friends told me to make an appointment with East Rose Clinic and check it out. As I step foot into the Clinic I was impressed with their X-Rays tech follow with a consultation shortly. The Dentist pointed out my issues and a plan. I was reluctant but then the plan was what I needed done. My dental work was preformed within before flying out in 72 hours. I will need to return for the final phase which I would be glad to. Their Customer Service, Technology from the Staff Clinic was Great. For I have recommended to friends. Good Work East Rose Clinic.

Soins effectués dans le délai préalablement indiqué, dans un environnement impeccable, sécurisé et donc, rassurant. Détartrage + nettoyage + extraction d'une dent de sagesse + pose d'une couronne + caries soignées + comblement : 350 euros. Sont inclus dans ce tarif : radio et scanner + remèdes et consignes post-opératoires + suivi effectué par WhatsApp. Je tiens à souligner qu'à aucun moment je n'ai souffert, les soins ayant été faits avec beaucoup de douceur et une grande technicité par de très bons praticiens. Trois rendez-vous répartis sur une dizaine de jours (entre le 1er et le 10 janvier 2024) ont suffit pour que je reparte avec une bouche et des dents saines. Je ne peux que recommander cette clinique et son équipe.

My go-to dental clinic henceforth. Not many doctors are willing to perform crowns on upper pre-molars. (Last 2x2 on both sides, no wisdom teeth) It took a couple of trips here but finally, met Dr Tu who does a fabulous job. Perfect the 1st time... No complications, no amendments needed. She is patient and accommodating. You really do need an expert who knows their job. The dental coordinators, Lam, Vy as well as all the receptionists are great in handling any matters (information, product specifications, appt. setting, transport, billing, etc...) I'd rather take the effort to travel here twice a year than to do my dental back home as the prices are better, level of services fantastic, doctor's expertise stronger, 2-3 days lead time instead of 2-3weeks, 10yrs warranty (on product & Doc's skills) provided which is not available back home.

My dentist in Australia did not perform my root canal surgery properly which resulted in getting an abscess several year later. After lots of time spent researching dental clinics in Vietnam I submitted my X-rays to Eastern Rose Dental. They immediately knew what the issue was, and they performed a second root canal. I also got a new crown. Overall the price, service and treatment was far superior from Australian Dentists. It took roughly 1 week from initial consultation until getting my crown. Overall I can only recommend this dental clinic.

I am the most nervous, worst patient any dentist could ever have to deal with. This dental clinic could not have been kinder to me. So gentle and I felt real empathy as they worked so hard to calm me, and all I needed was a scale and clean lol. I went for the whitening and Kim Kardashian would cry from jealousy, they look amazing. I'm coming back all the way from NZ just to have you lot care for me again. Dont worry i will give you heaps of warning that the sook is on her way so you can prepare for me again. You are all amazing!!

I got quotes from 6 different countries and east rose dental came back with a quote I was happy with and 2 days later I was in Vietnam. Airport pick up and they worked a Sunday morning to accommodate the limited time I had to get the first stage done. It's day 9 root canals., 2nd they put metal rods in my front teeth and rebuilt them to support the crowns. 4th day was my 4 implants for my bottom molars. After a few days, I was back getting my new crowns fitted. I've just completed my second trip where my implants were installed and crowned. My teeth are perfect, awesome facilities and staff and doctor phat is an artist. Every step of the way they accommodating and friendly and professional. The facilities were top of the line, very modern, pick up and drop off from the hotel. Honestly, If you have a lot of work to be done or an implant or a few crowns, I recommend the east rose dental. 100%. 65k cheaper than Australia and 10k cheaper than Bali and thailand. More than India and turkey, But way cleaner and Quality products, warranty.

I’m from Melbourne Australia My experience with East Rose Dental has been nothing but exceptional. Searching through the web I landed on their website 2years ago when I decided to do my implants. Mr Nam who’s was my first point of contact was extremely perfect and very prompt with all my enquiries so easy as it’s not very easy to just go overseas without any previous experience in Vietnam . The service and the professionalism is second to none . I was in Ho Chi Minh 2 years ago for 3 weeks to start the procedure and I was very nervous but their comfort and friendly approach made the journey so easy . This year I returned for another 3weeks to the final part of the procedure and mostly dealt with Ms Moon and her assistant with both of their organisation was the best.(thank you for you beautiful smile)(MIU MIU) Pick up from the airport at your arrival , pick up and drop off for all your appointments. Seldom write reviews but I arrived in Vietnam and needed an emergency visit to the dental clinic. Found East Rose via Google and omg, they're the best! Consultation and check up was free, and they only charge you for medication if required. By the end, the dentist said it was a simple issue and to go home and do saltwater gargles and that's it. They didn't push any unnecessary products or services AT ALL. Totally trustworthy and both the doctor and staff speaks English. The person who helped me book the appointment did so late last evening as well, past office hours. So glad I found them. I feel relieved after the check up.

I went in to repair a crack tooth. The place was very clean and the head receptionist (Moon) set up an appointment on the spot! The dentist pulled out the fragmented piece of tooth, put filler in the empty hole where the piece once laid and topped it with a crown. Great work. Thanks to all the staff.

Absolutely giving The East Rose Dental 5 star service. I attended as a walk in at the branch near Ben Thanh markets. They were fully booked but said their other branch in a nearby district had available appointments. They arranged a car pickup service to and from each of the clinics. The reception and surgery area was hygienic, clean and welcoming. Their staff were beyond helpful and could speak English very well providing great advice and service. I wish to have a special mention to the lady at reception called 'Moon'. She was exceptional. I will be returning!

This was our return trip to HCM City. The last was in Nov 2022 where I had quite an extensive treatment with full set of crownings done and particularly with dental Implant. After a year wait for the implant to securely sit with the gum, the crowning on the Implant was finalized this year. There are no words to describe how absolutely gratified and satisfied I was with the result, that for many years I had nothing to chew on at the lower jaw. My husband also had a few crownings done, he too was very satisfied and happy with the treatment. Truly we like to take this opportunity to highly commend Dr Truy and her team of doctors at The East Rose Dental, particularly Dr Quang, a fine gentleman with exquisite expertise and gentleness gave us every confidence we needed. Over the last 2 years I have received a bridge, 2 dental implants, crowns, bone graft, and gum graft. My favorite thing about this clinic is their attentiveness to their patients. I had a new crown, on woe begotten, front tooth, 2 months ago in Sydney, were not heading back for at 6 months, so when i snapped it, i was in panic stations, my wife found this clinic via forensic examination, of reviews on google, and we couldn't be happier. Dr Thuy responded to a Wednesday evening email, and we were picked up, and underway, on Thursday morning, all done in 2 weeks. Dr Phat did the crowns, and i/we are very very happy with the result - my smile is the best it has ever been.

From first contact via email with Dr Thuyh (Rose), I was impressed with her detailed quotes & patience. They include pick up/drop off service to your hotel & the airport.
