The quality and loving profesional care the Doctor and her team gave me was amazing! They take great effort to make it as painless as possible. They also spend the time to educate and explain everything and it is something you need to experience for yourself. To save time (due to their increasing popularity) it is best to set up an appointment before visiting the office. Speaking of the office it is new, extremely hygienic, and stocked with the latest cutting edge equipment. They speak both Vietnamese and English. You will be happy you went. Amazing experience. Doctor Hoa… this woman is very careful, professional, friendly… it’s a pleasure to speak with her: she can pay attention to specific important things and give advice. The team at SmileCare Da Nang were exceptional. From Reception, the assistants, junior dentists, Dr Hoa and the Implant specialist, all gave the best dentistry and service I have ever experienced. My husband and I travelled from Australia and had extensive work done over many visits - between us 12 implants, 12 crowns, 2 bridges, multiple fillings and an extraction - alot of work! All the work was explained, quoted, done professionally, ontime and with a kindness that made it ok to keep going back to the dentist! And the result is fantastic- both our smiles and eating functionality are superb. Getting our teeth fixed at Smilecare Da Nang was a very good decison for us.

I went for a clean and ended up whitening my teeth, 5 veneer filings and a mouth guard. I am Australian, the quality and service here was excellent. There English is good too. The cost is a faction of australia. Two examples - mouth guard is far superior in quality to my previous one, cost 1/8 the Australian price. Veneer filings were 1/7 the Australian prices.

They did an awesome job. Went in for a cleaning and decided a week later to do more work. Very professional & friendly staff. This place already justifies a visit to Da Nang. Update: on my 2nd visit we addressed multiple (7) cavities, came back the next day to improve my biting and now, 1 month later everything is still great! Went there on Sep 2023, we were in hurry and Dr Hoa and her staff were very helpful as we got appointment at night to party and drink, so far my teeth are doing well so far for almost a year. Price is understandable esp compare to where I live. She kept explaining what and how she did it along the process. Would go back again for wisdom tooth removal and highly recommended for anyone. The best! Absolutely the best! Better than America! So gental, did not feel the needle to numb my gums. My back tooth broke in half a few days ago in Dalat and thought I could ride it out for the next 2 weeks until I get back to the state. Things did not go as planned. My gums were getting swollen. And thought I had to grt thrm taken out. They filled in the other half of my teeth and explained why my gum was swollen and I was out eating delicious foods right away! Love this place.

While on vacation in Danang I had a problem that required immediate attention. I chose Smile Care because of the reviews. In the last 50+ years I’ve been to many good dentists and had just about everything done (root canals, crowns, implants) except braces. Dr. Hoa is by far the best dentist I have ever experienced. I was so impressed with her work that I went back to ask her to do more and she talked me out of it because she felt it was unnecessary, so she’s definitely not in it for the money. She has a great young staff who she is training…and a special shoutout to Vicki (the receptionist), who couldn’t be nicer.

Terrible service! Especially for foreigners! They don't respect your time. First of all, it was very difficult to schedule appointment as there's no phone number or website to contact them by. I went to the clinic and scheduled my appointment for January 22 (Monday) at 10 a. m. When I showed up I realized that the clinic scheduled another 2 appointments at the same time that I arrived (a vietnamese couple and an english person) and I was told that I had nothing on the books and that I'd have to wait 1 - 4 hours or that they could "reschedule" another booking for another day. I had a flight on the same day and of course I could not make it. I think its better for foreigners to avoid this place. They wasted my time and  showed themselves to be absolutely unprofessional.

Dr. Hoa is an excellent practitioner, extremely professional and skillful. She gives me the "big sister" vibes because she is so friendly and kind. She always has her customers' best interest in mind; Her recommendations are on point every time and I can tell she cares a lot about the dental health and cosmetic of her customers. Her staffs always go above and beyond to provide the best service. The office is nice, clean and easy to find. Dr. Hoa's work is beautiful and affordable for the quality. When in Vietnam, my husband and I travel 2 hours to come here as we only trust Dr. Hoa and her staffs with our dental care/fixes. Side note: She needs to open an office in the U.S, our whole family will be her customers for life?

Had a small issue with a tooth…nothing serious. After reading all the complimentary reviews about SMILE DENTAL I phoned for an appointment. Ms Le Tan the receptionist was fantastic…her english skill was highly commendable. Appointment made I visited the following day. Once again Ms Le Tan was highly efficient. I met Dr Hoa who immediately understood my situation and she proceeded to explain exactly what was required and added further professional comment in respect to the condition of my other teeth. She was incredibly gentle and thorough. Dr Hoa’s english was also incredible which was very reassuring as an expat patient trying to explaining my issue. Dr Hoa quickly and efficiently worked on my tooth and my issue was quickly resolved. I would have no hesitation recommending SMILE to any local Vietnamese or Expats who need highly skilled dental care.

Went here to get a chipped filling replaced on my front tooth and the dentist unnecessarily grinded about 10% of my front tooth off and now I have persistent pain in that tooth that will require me to visit a real dentist back in my home country. Couldnt be more disappointed that I will probably have tooth pain for the rest of my life because the dentist was poorly trained at this business and failed to identify the difference between filling and real tooth. The filling broke within 4 days and the polishing tool they used was low quality and has left my front tooth rougher than when I first visited. They did offer to fix the filling for free but it’s not worth another visit and risking more permanent damage to my teeth

I recently had 3 visits (august 2023) to smile care dental. I had to have 3 visits to complete fixing all my upper teeth. During this time smile care were very thorough proffessional and caring even bringing me a pillow for my head as i had a headache and some ginger tea to help with the nausea i was feeling as i was a bit dehydrated. Dr Hoa is very caring. She will give you honest advice. She speaks very good English which made communication a breeze. I went in on a Sunday which is her day off as I thought I had a gum infection. She told me my dental hygiene was very good so it wasn’t an infection and that all I needed was time for my gum to recover from inflammation. She didn’t charge me for the consultation and offered more tips on flossing with picks. I believe Dr Hoa is a kind person who is willing to help others where she can. We need more people like her in this world.

Dr Hoa is very professional. she provides a comprehensive dental care service. my tooth fillings 4 of them were expertly done. 3 of these are molar teeth. i had been to other dentists and they all told me to do crowning. they also did a poor job patching up my dental fillings. thankful to dr hoa.

This was my first visit to a dentist after a very very long time and I feared the worst but the service and care I received here was exceptional. I needed a LOT of things done in a short period of time and was quite afraid, but the care and assurance I was given was extraordinary. The doctor was very patient with me and did her best to accomodate me in any situation. It's been 4 years now and I had no issues with my teeth whatsoever. The prices were also very, very fair. Dr Hoa is very professional and friendly! And speaks English very well. My tooth was broken. It was rather difficult case. Doctor made a crown on it very carefully. Огромная благодарность! Я так боюсь стоматологов, что даже описать сложно. Даже по приходу в клинику разрыдалась от страха ? но доктор пообещала, что будет совсем небольно, успокоила. И действительно, и чистку сделали, и кариес высверлили, и пломбу поставили, все абсолютно без боли, очень аккуратные девушки работают с золотыми руками. Пломба такая, что абсолютно не отличается от цвета зуба. Мужу тоже вылечили несколько зубов. Все доброжелательны, и очень приятные цены. Обычная чистка, например, стоит 100k vnd ??

I had a dental emergency while travelling for a 2 week holiday from India and was anxious about finding a good English-speaking dental care facility in Viet Nam. Not only was I well taken care of at Smile Care, but felt extremely reassured by the calm and caring atmosphere created by Dr. Hoa and her team. I underwent an RCT with Dr. Hoa, who was patient, thorough and extremely professional. It was one of the most painless, hygienic and comfortable dental experiences I have ever had. I would like to begin with thanking Dr. HOA. whilst travelling in Da Nang from Australia i was given an appointment on Sunday ,same day i rang. and she has priortised me my wife and 3 other friends who was travelling with us, i had two root canal and two capping lots of little fillings for myself and my wife and teeth whitening for both of us under $2.000.00 Australian dollars. something that would have costed me $10 to $20 thousans dollars in australia. I knew of Smile when we lived in Da Nang, but had never previously visited. Recently though I flew from Auckland, New Zealand for a holiday and had need of a dentist for some pretty extensive work (2 crowns and a root canal). I'd been quoted close to $10,000NZD and knew that this trip would provide me with a great opportunity to seek a second opinion and a second price. I immediately contacted Smile and was delighted with the warm welcome and incredibly professional treatment I received. I had 5 specific different visits over 7 days for a total of 5 hours and had 3 cleanings sessions, 2 whitening sessions, a root canal and 2 new crowns for a previous root canal and this new one. On top of that I had some small comestic touch ups on an incissor and and 2 top front teeth where I had worn away enamel from over brushing...all of which cost around $1,100 NZD. That's over 10 times cheaper than I was quoted!! My 2 week holiday and my flights were basically all free...and I still saved a bundle!!. A1 treatment, great spoken English, wonderful advice and just the most superb experience!! Could not be happier and would absolutely suggest this be a destination from anywhere to get top class dental treatment. Many thanks Smile!!

I’m so glad that I came across this place. My initial intention was saving on cost but I really impressed with the dentist professionalism. Dr Hoa is very passionate, skilful and friendly. She communicated everything in fluent English. She considered that I was on holiday there and she prioritised my appointments accordingly and completed all my dental work quickly and perfectly.
