No communication, No information, No price quotation, very dirty. I came to Smile Care to finish a crown-job. Dr. Hoa did a quick inspection and I got an appointment 2 days later. Today I was there. An assistant placed me in a chair and just started working on my teeth with machines. He prepared anaesthetic syringes and tested it on my arm. I stopped him and said I needed to know what they were planning to do. He did not understand English, he just asked me to lay down again. I refused and waited for the doctor to arrive at the clinic. Dr. Hoa arrived and told me that she would work on some old fillings, NOT the crown-job I was there for. I had been to my dentist in Thailand 3 weeks ago, so Dr. Hoa should just finish the crown-job. But instead her "secret" plan was to do a lot of other things first, WITHOUT giving me any information or price quotation. Dr. Hoa told me in a very angry voice that I should understand how a dental clinic works. That was it for me, I just left. The clinic was dirty and fans above the dental chairs was full of old cobwebs.

The guy also tells you its so expensive in Australia but here its only 1k usdt for implant (meanwhile you can do it for 250 usd in better clinic then this) = racist place, its not 1star because the woman doctor is very nice, at first time..

Made my appointment at 8 AM and they got me in at 9 AM. I had a bridge implant that had come out and they did an excellent job gluing it back in and making sure it fit perfectly. I also got a cleaning while I was there. The Dentist spoke English well and was very comforting. I highly recommend this place!

The cost is a faction of australia. Two examples - mouth guard is far superior in quality to my previous one, cost 1/8 the Australian price. Veneer filings were 1/7 the Australian prices.

My back tooth broke in half a few days ago in Dalat and thought I could ride it out for the next 2 weeks until I get back to the state. Things did not go as planned. My gums were getting swollen. While on vacation in Danang I had a problem that required immediate attention. I chose Smile Care because of the reviews. In the last 50+ years I’ve been to many good dentists and had just about everything done (root canals, crowns, implants) except braces. Dr. Hoa is by far the best dentist I have ever experienced. I was so impressed with her work that I went back to ask her to do more and she talked me out of it because she felt it was unnecessary, so she’s definitely not in it for the money. She has a great young staff who she is training…and a special shoutout to Vicki (the receptionist), who couldn’t be nicer.

Terrible service! Especially for foreigners! They don't respect your time. First of all, it was very difficult to schedule appointment as there's no phone number or website to contact them by. I went to the clinic and scheduled my appointment for January 22 (Monday) at 10 a. m. When I showed up I realized that the clinic scheduled another 2 appointments at the same time that I arrived (a vietnamese couple and an english person) and I was told that I had nothing on the books and that I'd have to wait 1 - 4 hours or that they could "reschedule" another booking for another day. I had a flight on the same day and of course I could not make it. I think its better for foreigners to avoid this place. They wasted my time and  showed themselves to be absolutely unprofessional.

Had a small issue with a tooth…nothing serious. After reading all the complimentary reviews about SMILE DENTAL I phoned for an appointment. Ms Le Tan the receptionist was fantastic…her english skill was highly commendable. Appointment made I visited the following day. Once again Ms Le Tan was highly efficient. I met Dr Hoa who immediately understood my situation and she proceeded to explain exactly what was required and added further professional comment in respect to the condition of my other teeth. She was incredibly gentle and thorough. Dr Hoa’s english was also incredible which was very reassuring as an expat patient trying to explaining my issue. Dr Hoa quickly and efficiently worked on my tooth and my issue was quickly resolved. Went here to get a chipped filling replaced on my front tooth and the dentist unnecessarily grinded about 10% of my front tooth off and now I have persistent pain in that tooth that will require me to visit a real dentist back in my home country. Couldnt be more disappointed that I will probably have tooth pain for the rest of my life because the dentist was poorly trained at this business and failed to identify the difference between filling and real tooth. The filling broke within 4 days and the polishing tool they used was low quality and has left my front tooth rougher than when I first visited. They did offer to fix the filling for free but it’s not worth another visit and risking more permanent damage to my teeth

I recently had 3 visits (august 2023) to smile care dental. I had to have 3 visits to complete fixing all my upper teeth. During this time smile care were very thorough proffessional and caring even bringing me a pillow for my head as i had a headache and some ginger tea to help with the nausea i was feeling as i was a bit dehydrated. Dr Hoa is very caring. She will give you honest advice. She speaks very good English which made communication a breeze. I went in on a Sunday which is her day off as I thought I had a gum infection. She told me my dental hygiene was very good so it wasn’t an infection and that all I needed was time for my gum to recover from inflammation. I knew of Smile when we lived in Da Nang, but had never previously visited. Recently though I flew from Auckland, New Zealand for a holiday and had need of a dentist for some pretty extensive work (2 crowns and a root canal). I'd been quoted close to $10,000NZD and knew that this trip would provide me with a great opportunity to seek a second opinion and a second price. I immediately contacted Smile and was delighted with the warm welcome and incredibly professional treatment I received. I had 5 specific different visits over 7 days for a total of 5 hours and had 3 cleanings sessions, 2 whitening sessions, a root canal and 2 new crowns for a previous root canal and this new one. On top of that I had some small comestic touch ups on an incissor and and 2 top front teeth where I had worn away enamel from over brushing...all of which cost around $1,100 NZD. That's over 10 times cheaper than I was quoted!! My 2 week holiday and my flights were basically all free...and I still saved a bundle!!. A1 treatment, great spoken English, wonderful advice and just the most superb experience!! Could not be happier and would absolutely suggest this be a destination from anywhere to get top class dental treatment. Many thanks Smile!!

Огромная благодарность! Я так боюсь стоматологов, что даже описать сложно. Даже по приходу в клинику разрыдалась от страха ? но доктор пообещала, что будет совсем небольно, успокоила. И действительно, и чистку сделали, и кариес высверлили, и пломбу поставили, все абсолютно без боли, очень аккуратные девушки работают с золотыми руками.
