Little difficult to find because on third floor. But the staff is extremely helpful and did a great job on my teath. Always fast to respond to my question and extremely helpful. They even stayed over to make sure all my questions were answered before leaving. Highly recommend.

My husband & I were recommended to East Rose Dental by family members who have been regular patients of the clinic. Can honestly say after much hesitation, we are extremely happy! We have received excellent treatment & service at both District 1 & District 2 clinics. Both undergoing major dental work, from fillings to extractions, dentures, implants, & also surgery in local hospital for the “all on 6” procedure. Throughout our treatment we cannot find any faults or negatives. The clinic offers a hotel pick up & drop off service if you stay in specific districts, which we found to be fantastic. The 2 drivers were always friendly & happy, & Frank does speak some English. Thank you to both drivers. We would like to sincerely thank Dr Truong (District 1) & Dr Quang (District 2), for your amazing work & attention to patient care. We can both smile thanks to you & highly recommend your services. Special mention to Abby for her dedication to patient care. A lovely young lady who went above & beyond her duties, regarding my husband’s admission to hospital & post surgery. I was visiting Vietnam for the first time. When one of my crown had broken off. Contacted Rose Dental, and in three days the Good Doctor installed a temporary bridge so I could enjoy the remainder of my vacation. The entire process was very efficient, and the entire staff were professional, friendly and accommodating. I was shocked at how good this dentist was - seriously. I booked in to get a sleep mouth guard and they were by far the cheapest of the quotes I received. Service here however was phenomenal, a free checkup was given before I got the mouth guard, they used a state of the art mouth scanner to get the shape of my teeth (which I haven’t even seen in australia before - it was very high tech). To top it off, I went in at 9am and came back on the same day at 3pm to get the mouthguard (which was perfect mind you). I was shocked at how fast it was! The dentist noted a couple of things I could have done but they weren’t pushy about it at all when I said ‘no thanks, I just need the guard’, in fact the dentist just encouraged me to keep an eye on it and see my dentist back home. Definitely no salesman tactics or pushyness here. Super central location too. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Very convenient to visit the clinic and get teeth deep cleaned! Staff are very friendly and speak fluent English! One stop shop service, but if you need to get teeth removed, suggest you not taking breakfast, otherwise you can’t do blood test first! Will come back again next year!

Lost my retainer and was looking for a place to get it as fast as possible. Bkk would cost me 8,000 baht including the moulding which is not 3D scan. Out of all the dental clinic I went to in bkk, I must say this one is one of my favourite. The staff are so friendly and gentle (They keep checking on you whether it’s painful or not) I decided to do a full teeth course with this place: clearing and whitening. Love it! (Wanna put the photo of the retainer too but I couldn’t get it out from my teeth???‍♀️)

I was living in Melbourne Australia, and having problems with my teeth before COVID. Then we were locked down for 2 years and unable to seek assistance for anything other emergency services, which really accelerated my dental problems. I can still remember during lockdown losing a tooth, and then having to make an adjustment to my existing denture in the garage with a pair of side cutters and a file. Then, when lockdown finally lifted I started to evaluate my options. I was 63 at the time and concluded that from a cost perspective my teeth were not worth saving, with my only options being full dentures or implants. I did not want dentures as I felt this would always be a temporary solution, and even the cost of dentures in Australia is prohibitively expensive. I really wanted the implants but my only affordable choice was to get this done overseas. After some research I looked at going to Bali, which is a relatively easy trip from Melbourne, (everyone in Melbourne goes to Bali for holidays) but the solution they offered was still a denture placed on a implant, and the cost started to become highly variable when they began to incorporate overnight hospital stays, medications, etc So in early 2023 I was again researching options and I struck up a conversation with Michael from Dentavacation, who suggested I look at Vietnam. Most people think Thailand or India for cheap dental work, and I had not considered Vietnam. He recommended East Rose Dental and I messaged them and struck up a conversation with Lam. I was initially extremely concerned about what I was planning to get done, but Lam put all my concerns at ease. I understood what the procedures would be, the cost, the timelines, etc, and when I was comfortable I booked my trip. From the day I arrived in Vietnam, the clinic has been in constant touch with me and I have always felt supported. I did underestimate the work required (surgery for 5 hours under general anaesthetic) and was alone in a foreign country, but still someone from the clinic was there to support me. People with good teeth tend to take for granted many things. I was constantly embarrassed about how I looked, I lost the ability to smile, I could not chew food, and forgot how to even bite properly. I recall being in a restaurant one time and having to excuse myself in the middle of a meal so I could rush to the bathroom and spit out another tooth that I lost. I was in almost constant pain, and dreading the day that my existing denture would not longer stay in place. After the surgery and finally receiving my permanent bridge, there was just a huge surge of relief. The first thing I recall is looking in the mirror and seeing myself looking back and no longer feeling embarrassed at what I saw. It is just such a great feeling to no longer be self conscious about I look. The second thing is finally being able to bite food and enjoy the sensation and taste. Such a simple thing, but it meant a lot to me. Yes, I am also very happy with the outcome, but the first feeling I remember was one of relief that I could now live a relatively normal life again. I am very happy with the results and the process. Old teeth out and implants in during the same surgery. Once healed sufficiently, a new bridge every day until the surgeon was satisfied with both look and function. I keep thinking if I had done this in Melbourne, it would be at least twice the cost, and would have taken over six months. Here it was checked every day, so I took a few weeks off work and got the job completed. Also, I have no reservations about returning for regular maintenance, as I know the work will be executed to a high standard, completed promptly, and all the staff will treat you as a highly valued customer.

The communication and quality of service is excellent. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend a teeth cleaning and zoom whitening. They will also stay in touch with you to make sure you are doing well after your visit. The building is aesthetically, pleasing, including a little outdoor garden with a fish pond.

WOW...Excellent Experience! It was easy to make an appointment, the location is easy to find, the front staff welcomed me with a smile & hello, the waiting room was large with comfortable seats, couches! The examination rooms were clean, modern and had everything needed for my exam. The Dentist was thorough and explained to me exactly what was needed. The X-Ray machine was High-Tech. After X-Rays, the Dentist confirmed the work that was required and made recommendations such as bleaching. I required a deep cleaning (Planing & Scaling) done with No Pain from the Technicians. After the cleaning, the Dentist verified their work, and I paid with my Chase Visa Debit card...a very fair price (Under $53.00 USD). I will Definitely return every 6 months!! THANK YOU East Rose Dental???

I needed two quality night mouthguards quickly and my teeth cleaned. I had my appointment confirmed by email. At the Dental Clinic, I was warmly greeted by the receptionists, dental hygienist and dentist. My teeth looked amazing after the clean. I had the consultation, mould done in the morning and received my two mouthguards within a few hours. I was instructed on how to place and remove my mouthguards by the dentist. The total cost was extremely reasonable compared to Australian prices. In Australia I was told by a dentist, that it would take a few weeks to receive my new mouthguards once I made a payment. I highly recommend this dental clinic. It saved me time and money, while receiving professional, efficient services and quality products. Also, my husband had a problem with his one of his dentures, which was resolved quickly and totally free of charge.

I was considering using this clinic. After back & fourth emails, I found Dr Thy was claiming to go to Harvard. After asking twice about the credentials and what training they have I found the doctor Thy had not gone to Harvard and only did a three day training. I also found periodontist work in their office so they claim, even though I specifically asked for a periodontist I was not given one. Additionally, this doctor Thy gave me a diagnosis of a re root canal without actually looking at me as a patient. My current US dds, and US periodontist both of them said it was not the case. The periodontist was asked specifically about this, and was told no it is not correct, And I’m pretty sure my US dds. would’ve brought it up. I would definitely caution you and rethink before you get dental services from this establishment. They list they are number two in Vietnam well who is number one? Don’t forget about all those burger places who always say they have the number one burger. Make sure you dive deep and ask a lot of questions. These people seem to have deception by omission problems.

Entrust your teeth to Rose dental, they take the time and effort, after a special state of the art X-ray, to explain the extent of all your dental woes. Even with the distances between Australia and Vietnam, Rose dental were able to extend their professional services to obtain excellent world class results, for my teeth. Even though the journey was an emotional one, Rose dental worked as a dedicated team to answer my many questions and analysis of their procedures. Putting your head in their competent hands, means you will be very satisfied with the final results. Dr Truong, my dentist, was a compassionate perfectionist, who wanted to give me a perfect smile. Repeat customer here and at their eastern office in District 2. Both venues give friendly, affordable treatment, less than a quarter of what you'd pay in Australia. Most staff speak good English and communicate well. I had some large procedures done relatively pain-free -- I have even fallen asleep in the chair while they have been working on me! In my case, three implants with bone grafts, a bridge and some crowns sit very well. Even extra time between first and last treatments of some implants due to COVID was not an issue. Very happy customer and a visit for a check up is on my to-do list whenever I am in Saigon.

A few years on from life changing work done by the team at Rose dental. Was living in pain for a few years scared of the mounting bills and the severity of dental work I was needing. From the moment I walked through the door it’s was go time, Dr Touy was a seriously impressive person, explain what she was planning to do, how it was going to work and carried out the procedures with her team over the following week with care and comfort. Was eating street food straight out of the clinic. I’d had around 40 hours of dental work over 8/9 days and can’t be much more positive. Over 2 years on, not a single issue. I went to Rose dental twice in the last 3 years, l should have returned there after one year, but Covid happened, and Vietnam reopened only in April this year. The first trip went very well, great modern and very clean clinic, and the main dentist could speak good english; l had 7 implants and 2 sets of 3 crowns installed over 2 weeks. For the second trip, the clinic have moved, the new dentist did spoke little English, and l had crowns and teeth definitively mounted. In the plane on my way back home, l chipped one tooth, eating a dried slice of pineapple, and the following week 3 more minor chips on eating bread. I called Rose dental and of course, to cover the warranty l had to go back to Vietnam, and this wasn't on my plan. Yesterday l chipped a other piece of tooth, revealing the implant, and today l had blood test revealing that l contracted hepatitis C, through blood transfusion, and the only one l had the last 3 years was with them. 2 of my new teeth are also turning blue.
