From start to finish Picasso Dental Clinic have been nothing but professional and informative in relation to my dental needs and outcome. The dental surgery I had in relation to a severe bone infection, (14 years in the making), bone grafts, removal and replacement of implants was done by the very skilled & highly educated Dr Andy and his technicians to the highest standards. I was supplied with suitable medications including pain management, anti-inflammatory and antibiotics. I will need to return to complete the second stage of this work in 6+months when the bone graft has settled and assisted with holding the implant stable. I had 22 crowns done as well and I was given several choices of tooth material and colour for the finished product that was fitted. I am delighted with the end result my new teeth look very natural, and are a wonderful colour I guess they look as they once did when I was a teenager - perfect. With this result I feel confident to smile openly, no more food traps from my own teeth due to age, wear and tear, no recessed gumline, I imagine less sensitivity due to how well they fit at my gum line. I feel a million dollars with them, they feel fantastic on the inside and look sensational when I smile which I have not been able to stop. Many heartfelt thanks to Dr Andy and the time he and his team of technician's took reviewing my full mouth x-ray to advise on the best outcome for me. Thank you to Dory for her wonderful communication skills and for everything she did with emails, arranging appointment, confirming and discussing the upcoming treatments, detailed paperwork and general chit chat to assist me a very anxious and very fearful of dental procedure. She went above and beyond with assistance including advising about food delivery and local Uber style transport with the apps. A suggestion to future patients would be to add additional days to your medical holiday so the team have ample time to meet your needs and for your benefit to have some down and quiet time to recover and rest between appointments. Often the sittings are 2+ hours in the chair so allow more time. All up everyone at Picasso has done an outstanding job, it is very emotional to see your mouth return to good health and look naturally fabulous.......Thank you Susie

I booked in for specifically for a filling a week in advance, and the day before they cancelled it. They rescheduled the appointment to the next week. I went in and a technician (not a dentist) did the cleaning, fine. Then I was told the technician had found no cavities and I could go home. I asked to see the dentist anyway and they said it wasn't necessary so I had to really insist. The actual dentist then found 3 cavities, but said he didn't have time to do a filling, even though I had booked for that specifially. There was no other patients and it was nearly midday, so I assume he just wanted to have lunch. The staff were lovely and the facility looks modern but it was a disappointing experience.

Stay as far away as you can; the outside presentation does not match the inside service quality. The lab they use must not have any QA processes in place. Had to return _three_ times for a single veneer to be at best an approximate fit. Mind you that is a $400+ veneer in Vietnam. The issues were very obvious but seems nobody in the clinic cared to check ahead of you spending an hour in transit. Mouth guards that were produced did not fit whatsoever even after a re-do. Staff tried to force fit them at which point I gave up on the clinic given they were doing more harm than good.

Never saw the dentist but hygienist cleaned my teeth and said all is good. 300k for the easy clean is much less than the place by Masteri charges. Even the 500k for difficult cleaning is a good price. English spoken and they did not try to up-sell whitening and other treatments which was appreciated.

What can I say, had to get 4 wisdom teeth out (2 impacted). Dr. Andy and the team did a fantastic job making the entire experience comfortable. Didn't feel a thing after the local numbing. Dr. Andy explained everything he was doing, and made sure to consistently check if I felt any pain. Receptionist was also very nice and friendly.
