I chose this clinic based on recommendations, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Previously, I had a consultation at another clinic, but I was dissatisfied with their approach and the significantly higher prices they offered. At this clinic, I received more comprehensive care for my teeth at a much better price. All of my dental issues were resolved, my canals were treated, and I got high-quality veneers for my smile zone. The results exceeded my expectations. I was even provided with a certificate and a guarantee for the work done. I’m grateful to all the doctors who worked with me, especially the one responsible for my veneers. She was incredibly attentive and ensured the entire process was painless and comfortable. The wisdom tooth extractions were also handled quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this clinic—you can trust them with your dental care.

I visited Nha Khoa Chingo Dental after unsuccessful treatment elsewhere. I was concerned that the dentist was able to clean and polish veneers properly – but all my questions were answered in a friendly, knowledgeable and professional manner. Dr Thương is an excellent dentist with a gentle touch and capable skills; she cleaned and polished my teeth with a calm and thorough approach which put me at ease. All the staff were helpful and friendly; I look forward to my next visit.

Don't come here for dental treatment. They won't understand you, they'll put a disposable kit wrapper in your mouth, secretly take a picture and talk about how tired they are of you. You'll be given consultations / advices by the girls at the desk, not the doctors, they don't care about your further treatment. I came to this clinic on a recommendation and I regret. 1) The tooth extraction went great, but after that the surgeon put a disposable kit wrapper in my mouth full of blood to take an x-ray (see pic attached). 2) The girls at the desk, who are not doctors, tried to convince me that I needed to change my treatment plan and install a pin. When I asked for an additional paid consultation with the doctor so that he could confirm that after the pin was installed I could wear braces, I was refused. They treated me like a silly toy who does not deserve professional attention, and after all they considered me too picky a patient, secretly took a picture and started gossiping about me (see pic attached). I would like to note that I am a doctor myself (not a dentist), so it is important for me to get answers to all my questions, to be understood and to act according to the treatment plan. I am not a miser and was ready to pay for each consultation, but I was not understood here and my requests were not taken into account at all. Instead, they tried to force me to make decisions right at the desk. I would like to note that my manager was polite and patient, I have no complaints about her. Also, I would like to thank Dr. An, the only time I managed to communicate with him using a translator, we understood each other perfectly. Since I regularly take tests, in six months I will update this review whether I got hepatitis or something else in this clinic after the tooth extraction. I have decided to continue my treatment at another clinic and I’d recommend you think twice before going here for anything other than a teeth cleaning.
