I do not recommend this place! I came to ask for information at reception, I didn't understand her English because she had a mask, I asked her to repeat but that didn't help her, unprofessional behavior at all. if this person is not happy working they must change jobs.

Très satisfait, accueil et écoute des secrétaires à l entrée très agréable, radiographies ,étude et devis des soins à prodigués très précis,choix des prothèses et prix très correct,la dentiste et ses assistante très douce et attentive tout au long des interventions 3 rdv on été suffisant pour préparer et placer la couronne à la teinte de ma dentition. Je recommande vivement ce cabinet dentaire .

У меня был позитивный опыт посещения стоматологии. Утром написала в фейсбук по поводу чистки, меня записали в тот же день в удобное мне время. На входе заполнила анкету, мне дали сменные тапочки. Доктор Thuy за полчаса справилась с работой. Спасибо за приятный сервис ------ I had a positive experience visiting the dentist. In the morning I wrote on Facebook about cleaning, they made an appointment for me the same day at a time convenient for me. At the entrance I filled out a form and was given replacement slippers. Doctor Thuy completed the job in half an hour. Thanks for the nice service

Drtooth đã hết thời rồi. Lúc trước chất lượng rất ok, mình còn quảng cáo cho người nhà thậm chí rất nhiều đồng nghiệp và bạn bè qua ủng hộ. Nhưng bây giờ bác sĩ làm răng cho khách bị lỗi, khách phản hồi lại, rất lịch sự nhưng ko nhận được 1 lời xin lỗi hay có trách nhiệm về chuyện đó. Làm dịch vụ mà nhân viên thái độ lồi lõm, bác sĩ thì thôi ko nói nhưng lễ tân là bộ mắt của bệnh viện mà nói chuyện tay đôi với khách, muốn nghỉ thì làm đơn nghỉ và chuyển qua nghề khác phù hợp hơn với bản thân, chứ làm nhân viên lễ tân như vậy thì khó coi lắm

Went for a cleaning that was suppose to take 45 minutes. My usual experience of a cleans is that the clean between the teeth and so on.the appointment took 10 minutes, cost 150 k and did not included much more then a bit polishing. The nurse said 3 words to me on total and seemed to be agitated. Ensure what's included when booking your appointment. I will complete the cleanse in Australia.

Very responsive! I was seen in 90 minutes one afternoon after I broke a tooth and cut a lip. I was imaged and sutured quickly. The Dr is very friendly and communicates well. We scheduled a later extraction and the procedure was quick and efficient. He answered all questions thoroughly. I've seen many dentists and he is one of the good ones.

Чисто и красиво. Приятно находиться. На этом всё. Месяц назад ставили пломбу. Уже отходит от зуба! Идти переделывать к ним же - страшно. Просила врача осмотреть все зубы. Бесполезно. Посмотрела только снизу. Деньги однако взяли за осмотр. Чистку делала другая девушка. Всё ок. Не рекомендую эту клинику для лечения , или нужно знать к кому конкретно идти.

11/2023 after 7 appointments I have the same positive impression as 2021. My 100 percent satisfaction is hard to beat :-) 2021 I can praise your dental clinic from the diagnosis to the treatment plan to very good treatment. I felt like I was in good hands and appreciated the calm and very professional work of Dr. Phuong. The entire team receives my appreciation and is very friendly and helpful.

Mình thấy bác sĩ Vũ Lan Phương ở đây rất tệ. Điều trị răng cho con nít mà tính cách gắt gỏng khó chịu. Bé đau thì nó kêu đau và khóc. Mà bảo là bé nói láo. Xong mình vỗ cho bé nín và bé nhắm mắt hả miệng cho bác sĩ làm tiếp thì bác sĩ lại vẫn tiếp tục nhăn nhó khó chịu càm ràm. Bác sĩ nữ còn trẻ, dưới 30, Nói chuyện với phụ huynh như kiểu bề trên, rất vô phép và hách dịch. Không bao giờ quay lại. Mình là khách hàng, trả ko ít tiền, mà làm như kiểu khám ban ơn. Phụ huynh có con nhỏ khám thì mình nghĩ không nên vào đây. Rất tệ và rất bực mình.

Удаляла 8ку. Все хорошо зажило. Но у меня и зуб был не особо сложный. Главное это внимание и гигиена с вашей стороны после удаления зуба. Делала так же здесь чистку. Не знаю как это должно быть. Делала первый раз, было временами больно, чувствовала как скребут по зубам

Dr tooth was great I came from australia for a holiday . Was originally only after teeth whitening , however I did have some fillings and an extraction that needed doing but I put it off for too long due to cost . However the cost here was excellent the quality was great . They fit me in with a busy schedule I ended up getting my extraction , filling and clean and whiten all done very quickly and painlessly . This is the best dentist ever and my family and I will definately be back . I forgot the name of the dentist but she was a female and very good at what she does . Thankyou so much to you and your time :)

I went to Dr Tooth on a Saturday for a deep cleaning and polishing on my teeth. I waited just a few minutes before I was in the chair with the dental hygienist. She did a very comprehensive job and used the latest technology for clean teeth. It took about 50 minutes in the chair. The cost was 100,000 Dong. About $4.30 usd. Incredible Very happy and it was a superior cleaning to what I received in Ho Chi Minh City last year. I highly recommend Dr. Tooth in Nha Trang!

My upper rear brace bracket fell off and the archwire was stabbing my gum while I was on a trip here. They cut the stabbing end for free and was very nice. Thank you again for your kindness. I’ll remember this forever ????
