I have been coming here for years. This is the best Dental Clinic in Hanoi. The staff is very welcoming and answers all of your questions and makes sure you understand everything. I have been using the same Dentist for years, Dr. Nhung. She is amazing and I would never use anyone else but her. However, I am sure all of the Dentists there are great too. The place is very clean, it is easy to get an appointment. Everything about here is perfect. Keep up the great work!

The staff here are amazing. I've had numerous procedures ranging from a clean to root canal and an implant and they have been brilliant with me. I get very anxious when I have to have procedures done, due to a bad experience in America, and they are always so caring and kind towards me, making sure I'm not in pain and I'm comfortable. We take the whole family (two children under 13) here for check ups and procedures. We would thoroughly recommend this place and the staff.

I had booked an appointment for laser teeth whitening a few weeks in advance. The night before the appointment I received an email to inform me they cannot do the whitening anymore but could offer the take home whitening kit instead. Bit of a joke giving such late notice. Unprofessional. The next afternoon they emailed me saying they now received the kit If I still want to go in... Luckily I was able to get a last minute appointment elsewhere. Avoid and go elsewhere.

2 previous dentists couldn’t find the problem and Australian Dental Clinic did with several X rays and then a 3D scan which showed the issue. Thank you for your thoroughness and then no charge as well. If I was staying longer in Hanoi I’d have the work done here

Hi all I wish to share my experience with the Australian dental clinic in Hanoi, As you can see from the first photo I needed a quote, I booked one in September 2023 at 1530 and walked out at 1800 with 5 inserts and prepped for 4 crowns which were fitted a week later as with a plate to fill the gap. I returned in May 2024 and had 6 new teeth fitted to the inserts and 10 more crowns to finish the job. I have left my review for 9 months to trial my new teeth. I can only say to the Big Boss and Mon and his team thank you for a excellent job I am very happy and have had no problems. The facility was extremely clean the team were extremely professional and the results are in my smile.

I have been coming back to the Australian Dental Clinic (from Australia) at least every two years now for almost eight or nine years and cannot recommend them highly enough. Very easy to book an appointment and the staff there are all very professional and ensure you are at ease throughout any and all treatments. Their equipment is second to none and they constantly keep on top of dental trends and practices. Prices are extremely competitive, especially by Australian standards. Heading back in a few weeks for a checkup and treatment and looking forward to seeing the staff again.

I just finished a lot of dental work here this morning!!! Its one of the reasons why i came to Hanoi. The location is great! The staff are so friendly and kind. Zero hidden cost as well. Before i even started the dental work they gave me a price and what procedures they would preform. I got 4 crowns and 4 bottom teeth rebuilt. This would of cost 4 times if not more thsn that in Canada. I honestly didn't feel any pain during the entire procedures. I'm definitely going to bring my parents here for their dental work next year. I highly recommend this clinic. I go back next week for a check-up and i will post the results of my teeth via pictures!!! So happy with their team! Amazing results ?

Went here because I thought I had an inflammation of an extracted molar. Dentist didn’t even look at it. Took a x-ray and said that it was healing okay. I went to an other dentist for a second opinion. She saw in two seconds that there was a severe inflammation and took the necessary steps. The clinic is by no means a western clinic and the dentist that treated barely knew English.

Ended up need a root canal and a crown. It was among the best dental experiences I have ever had. So much so that my will book a trip if I ever need dental services. I had 2x composite bonding and a clean and my partner has 3 cavities filled and a clean and the price was amazing, they made sure we were comfortable the whole time and kept checking with me with a mirror to make sure I was happy with the shape. Perfect experience. I broke my tooth and contacted the clinic via messenger as I cannot call with my SIM card. I had just 3 available hours for the dental care and they found a free slot for me at the same day. The clinic itself is nice and clean with very nice staff speaking English. For 300k I got done my broken tooth with X-Ray and anesthesy included. It is possible to pay there by card. I would recommend this clinic to everyone! Thank you for the great care.

Had my teeth cleaned, 200k. Downstairs waiting area, then upstairs to a room with 3 dentist chairs, 3 people getting different stuff done. One man spoke English, the director, he spoke to the others, the people doing my teeth didn't speak English, they just said "open your mouth" and "close your mouth" every now and then. I'm just telling you this, so that you know what to expect. They did a fantastic job for a great price, and I'm very happy with the results. Stains gone, teeth almost white again! // My last review was in 2019. I came back today, July 2023. Still 200k for a clean. Fantastic job yet again! I would recommend them to anyone.

I've had broken molars removed, top, bottom braces, around 20 porcelain crowns and will also go back for some implants and 1 root canal. Very attentive, gentle and professional. They do not rush and the level of work vs the price is outstanding. Highly recommended. Photo of temp crowns while Porcelains are crafted. Super happy so far. Porcelains were 4tr each (cheaper options available) Braces cost around 25tr for top AND bottom. (Only took 3-4 months for me) Cleaning and adjustments were included. It's beyond amazing to be able to smile again. Thanks so much.

I wish I could give a better review but that would be dishonest. I’ve gone here multiple times. Some visits are great (on time, clear procedures, helpful). Other times, there’s miscommunication, lack of responsibility, poor service. If you just want a dental cleaning, it’s clean and decent, but don't go for anything else. It’s not a western dental clinic. Don’t be deceived.

Came here to get my teeth cleaned and cavities filled in late March. They did not clean my teeth and had me in and out for cavity filling in less than 15 minutes. While I was a bit overwhelmed, I was initially fine with the work until I realized that 2 of the 3 fillings are still sensitive and painful when chewing 2 months later. This suggests that either they were filled poorly or were much deeper than the doctor thought, since they weren’t painful before I had them filled. I’m pretty frustrated with this service.

Today was my first-time experience with Australian Dental Clinic. I was surprised by the high-quality service, which is approximately similar to the US. I got two implants done within 45 minutes today. The service was safe and fast. I felt that they cared for me. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The environment was safe and quiet. The cost is affordable, about 1/10 the cost of service in the US. I am a Vietnamese American, and I will come back.

This team strive to please you and make you leave happy, so do voice concerns, & if u want, drawn diagrams Get detailed receipts each visit to keep track and a guarantee at the end. Make sure you have Money Converter or you'll have a brain seizer figuring it out, as well as Google maps & Google Translator. You will stress out if you dont have these apps on your phone. I mean it .. you've been warned! The clinic will charge ur ph if you ask. Im now back home with my fabulous aligned bite and new smile that everyone is WOWED over. Its a safe community to stay in airbnbs and immerse yourself amongst the locals for a holiday So take the chance and do it!

I went in for a clean and checkup initially which cost around 18 AUD I enquired about my wisdom teeth which my dentist had recommended to get removed years ago and decided to go ahead with the procedure at Aus dental clinic. I was definitely sceptical at first but everything went rather well and it has now completely healed. The dentist spoke good English and was very professional. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5, is because on my follow up appointment (1 week after the procedure) the dentist prescribed me penicillin despite me telling them about my allergy during the initial consult. I understand mistakes happen but I thought I should include it in the review. If you have any known allergies make sure you double check with google before taking any meds! I can happily recommend this clinic for anyone looking to get wisdom teeth removed. Much more affordable than Australia.

Excellent dental work. Had the Zoom II Laser teeth whitening done in June. Back here for regular teeth cleaning. Compared to Singapore, the dental treatment here very much better. The treatment cost for any procedure is about 30-40% of that in Singapore. I’ve only experienced similar standards in Austria.

The doctors spoke great English and made me feel calm and comfortable during my consultation and procedure. They followed up with me the next morning to ensure I was fine and they emailed me my receipts within hours of me asking for them. The procedure was so inexpensive, the doctors and staff were so calming and made me feel so safe. I couldn’t recommend this clinic more!

I had a fantastic experience at the Australian Dental Clinic today. I came in to have my wisdom teeth extracted. Dr. Long is a professional, gentle, and kind dentist. Dr. Long examined my x-ray and informed me that my tooth was slightly angled. Dr. Nam thoroughly explained everything in English, and they made sure I felt safe. Dr. Long extracted the tooth painlessly after anaesthesia in about 10 minutes. As soon as the procedure was completed, Dr. Nam messaged the 'after care' via Whatsapp. My receipt was also emailed to me within hours. The cost is reasonable (1 million dong), the clinic is spotless, and everyone is courteous. I would definitely return for my future dental needs. Heartfelt thank you, Dr. Long and Dr. Nam.
